good stuff, helped with odor and got up stains, a bit expensive but as far as functionality i have to give it a thumbs up.

This is a very effective formula to use if you use your Bissell SpotBot to clean pet stains. It does the job well, leaves no residue, no odor and is not harmful to my carpet.

If you're desperately trying to get out some cat urine, this stuff won't help you at all! It will get out the stain, but not the odor, nor do I know of anything that actually will except rip up the pad and replace the carpet. It does leave a residue which I've had to have a professional remove so all-in-all, I recommend the Hoover products over this one. I love Bissell's vacuums but this stuff, well, save your money!

I have a little dog that refuses to stop peeing in the house, no matter what I try. I use this with the Bissell Stain Lifter, and it works great! It doesn't foam up, smells fresh and clean, and gets the carpet clean in one try, even on old stains. I use it as a pretreater too, diluted to the same strength as for the cleaner, and it's awesome.
