Great product!! My mini schnauzer is very afraid of people and barks uncontrollable very often. We have had him a year and half and we still struggle to over come this behavior. I have taken him to two 8 week dog classes to work on this problem and they said it will take time. We work very hard to do positive reinforcement with him but we aren't getting anywhere. He looks at someone and doesn't blow a nutty so we treat him, he is in a group with people and deosn't bark and we tell him he is good and treat him. We give (jackpots) hand full of treats when we think he is in an environment that he would normally bark in and is handling it well by minimally barking. We have done the citronella collar(that works great when the batteries are working) We have gone through tons of batteries(costly) $ 7.00 a two pack for this device. He learned quickly with this but unfortunately we couldn't be consistent so we don't use it. So it has been a year and a half and my husband is at his wits end where he doesn't want to take the dog with us anymore because of his barking so I know feel I don't have a choice and have to try this product. I had the collar for two weeks before using it on Jake and yes I tried it on me several times before trying it on him. #1 feels like I have a lot of bugs on my arm that I just want to keep brushing off, # 2 makes you feel like hmmm what was that, something caught my attention but doesn't hurt. Both these levels did not HURT AT ALL !! #3 I didn't like the feeling at all. It was uncomfortable for me so Jake will never experience this. NO true pain but was uncomfortable to me. This is my 5th day using it and I'm lucky if I have hit the stimulus button 7 times. We went on a hike and saw people, went to the supermarket and walked all over the parking lot, went to a Dog Event where there were tons of people and dogs, he let people touch him, feed him treats, he was amazing! We kept telling him how great he was and gave him high quality treats as we usually do. Someone would feed him treats as they pet him and he allowed this. He wasn't anymore skiddish and wasn't barking. I can actually just use the tone button and that has stopped him from going into a barking frenzy. Very happy with the product thus far, easy to use, keeps the charge well. I will keep you posted as the weeks and months go on. My plan is to put this on him everyday he leaves the house for the next three months and hopefully with continued excercise, discipline, direction, and love the barking will become dormant and he will overcome this fear of people and think they are great because they come with high quality food. I have a one year old Boxer, I was having several issues with him.

I live on a few acres and allow my dog to run off leash, however when I would tell him " come " he would either look at me like I was crazy or just run the other way.

After one day on this collar, he was amazing, I only had to shock him twice before he was coming when called with the alert sound, and by the same night was doing it with only my command. Im sure this will still be a work in progress and I do not plan on stopping the training collar, however it makes a big difference !

A second problem I have is walking him, he wants to be out in front and pulling you down the road or trail, I was able to walk a trail for the first time with out a sore arm while using this collar after one shock and several audio alerts he was learning to stay close and not pull.

I will also say that I am only using the second level of shock out of eight, and it is plenty to get his attention.

If you have a hard headed dog or one with bad habits spend the money for one of these !

I have a 1 year old Golden Retriever,, Echo. She was a handfull, she love's everyone so much she jumps on them, she would mouth them and myself, You could not eat without her BARKING. She used to dig, she loves roots, and you could not open a door without her running past you and not coming back. I hired a trainer spent 400.00, didnt do a thing. I was so close to selling her.

Of course this is just a review for the replacement scratching pads, but I want to really review the whole thing. My cat loves this scratching pad. He never walks past it without stopping to scratch a bit. I will say that I average replacing the pad every 5-6 weeks, which can be considered a little costly, but my cat just loves it and I never have found him sharpening his claws on anything else. I also have a kitten, and he is more fascinated with the ball that he can chase around its center. The older cat occasionally uses the ball too. Great purchase.

Found this fairly easy to assemble though the drawings were small and sketchy. Mention should be made in the instructions to mount the divider above the bottom tray so that it can be drawn out easily. However it is a very good strong crate and the 2 latches are very easy to operate. It fits our 4 month old labrador well to stretch out with room to expand later. The handles tend to drop off but I do not intend to carry it. Very pleased with this purchase.

Good toy and concept, just be sure your dog likes to roll balls around in the first place. I thought the smell of treats would drive him to roll the ball around and play, but he just sniffs it and looks at me. :)

My spaniel loves this above all his other treat dispensing toys. I put a cup of kibble in it along with some cut up pieces of cheese or meat and it occupies him for a good half hour. Sometimes it gets firmly lodged in between furniture, but he's always quick to run to someone in the family for help. My spaniel is not a chewer so KONG toys have always been ignored. He really loves this toy, because it gives him something to focus on and work for.



I haven't noticed any smell as other reviewers have wrote. My terrier is a heavy chewer, but any dog with a bit of sense in them will realize that it's a quicker payoff to roll the ball around than to chew through the ball. My terrier did try chewing through it at first, but as with all toys you need to supervise your dog and make sure they play with it as intended. After correcting him when he tried chewing on it he watched my other dog roll it around and quickly picked up on what he was supposed to do.



My only complaint is that when you get to the final bits of treats it may not come out unless you shake the ball violently.

My dog really loved this toy but I found that I couldn't trust him to be alone with it because he would begin to chew it. The rubber it is made out of is not hard enough and a heavy chewer can chew through in a few minutes. Watching him and telling him to roll it and not chew it helped, but I didn't ever leave him alone with it. After playing with it a few times he did manage to chew open the ball. Its a great entertaining toy if your dog is not a strong chewer, but if he is I would recommend finding something else, especially if the goal is to entertain your dog while you are away.

We bought this product after discarding the hard plastic cube as a bad experience. After a short demonstration on how the Treat Ball worked our dog (Weimaraner) became entrenched on it and played with it until all kibbles were gone. Using it has reduced her separation anxiety as she is distracted with the ball as we leave the house. The only time she actually bites on it is when it gets stuck under the furniture and she brings it back to the middle of the room. When empty she just ignores it until meal time again when she grabs the ball and drops it at either my husband's or my feet.



Weimaraners by nature are extremely high energy and food driven and this toy keeps her focused and active for about 20 - 30 minutes when fully loaded (1 1/2 cups of her dog food) allowing us to get out of the house without a scene and without her demolishing the house. Her meals now are served in the ball twice a day as it also is reducing the risk of bloating as it forces her to eat at a slower pace.

Unfortunately, this clock has a very poor vertical viewing angle of only a few degrees. This results in the display becoming unreadable when the user nears the clock and finds himself looking down at it.



The horizontal viewing angles are fantastic (as also seen in the video), so this clock may suit your needs just fine.



The clock itself seems to be very user friendly. We had no problem setting it and were happy to see that it can display 24-hour time for those who like to use the ISO 8601 standard.



Too bad it just will not work for our application!

I bought two of these to track the amount of time my kids take to do their math homework (timing is part of the homework). Over a period of a year, both the timers have malfunctioned: the first one would not reset to zero, and the second one is on the verge of having the same problem. When I first bought the timer, both worked fine. We use the count up function almost every weeknight and after about a year, we started having problems. In order to reset the time to zero, you need to press two buttons at the same time, and over the course of the school year, it became harder and harder to get the timer to reset to zero. Now, after a year, I have to press the buttons over 5 times to get it to zero. Starting the count up function also appears to be having problems - I have to repeatedly hit the buttons to get the stopwatch to start and stop. I will need to buy two new timers because of these issues and I decided I don't want to buy these again. Maybe for cooking purposes these will work but if you want a robust timer that will be used often, buy something else.

This is a great timer as a timer goes with two (perhaps) faults. It is very well made and works flawlessly. The PERHAPS faults are:

1. The buttons are hard to push [could be a plus] and a little slow to react, you must be deliberate in your pushing.

2. While the magnet might SEEM weak, I feel the problem might be in the weight [although another plus if you are a glass half full person]. I think that if it was stronger than it would be harder to pull off and then a different fault. I put another magnetized doo-hickey under it so it slides onto each other and it's not hard to pull off. I would buy again if I EVER get used to fault 1.

The sensors in my Roomba Scheduler couldn't be fixed so I bought a Roomba 530 and I'm so glad I did. After having lived with a Roomba, it's hard to go without. I have cats so hair is a constant issue. The Roomba made the cats nervous for the 1st day or two but now they don't pay any attention to it.

My new Roomba is quieter, docks itself easier, doesn't get wedged under low furniture, bin is easier to dump and doesn't try to eat electric cords. Also, the new design doesn't have areas that can collect debri like my old one did. I'm very happy with the improvements.

I choose not to get the scheduler model because it cost more and I haven't missed not being able to program starting time.

I have dealt with Roomba's customer service several times with my old Roomba and I've been pleased with the service I recieved.

I have owned this Roomba (rosie) for over one month and it is a great product. I clean it after each use and it works like a champ. I can't say enough about this product! Its amazing! First off, I'm lazy, I hate cleaning my hardwood floors. Living with 2 golden retrievers (the best dogs ever) the dog hair was just insane! 2 days after cleaning I would have hair building up. This little guy is a freaking champ! I just hit the go button when I leave for work, and bam! Clean floors when I get home. It handles everything. I mean everything! I have clean floors with no work. Totally worth it. I haven't seen anything it wont pick up. I haven't used it on carpet (because I don't have any in my town house) so I can't vouch for it on that end. I was skeptical at first as - I'm embarrassed to say - I had to stop to clean the brushes and empty the dust compartment several times during the first cleaning. I guess it had been a while since I had cleaned. However, as I have used him more regularly - preferably daily - he is able to clean my entire downstairs (about 1000 sqft) without stopping. I have two children, two cats and one dog. The dirt and fur that I have to keep up with can be overwhelming. Roomba does a great job. Now, I still pull out the old upright if I am expecting company (or my Mother-in-law), but for friends and family this guy does the trick!
